Shipping & Delivery
How are items shipped?
We deliver via Australia Post to most addresses in Australia, including PO Boxes. For international orders, we use Australia Post’s Pack & Track service or AirMail, depending on your location.
What are the delivery costs and times?
- Standard Post: $10 AUD – Delivery within 7-10 business days.
- Express Post: $15 AUD – Delivery within 3-5 business days.
- International Pack & Track / AirMail: $40 AUD – Delivery to NZ, UK, USA, Singapore, and other countries. (Please note: local customs fees may apply.)
Can I pick up my order at the club store?
Yes! Choose Click & Collect during checkout. Pick up is available from our Centre of Football at Rooty Hill, NSW. Orders are usually ready the next business day. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.
Can I add special delivery instructions?
Yes, you can add special delivery instructions during checkout, such as “leave at front door.”
When will my order be delivered?
Orders are typically delivered by Australia Post between 9 am – 5 pm on business days.
Can I track my order?
Yes, all orders are shipped with a tracking number. Click here to track your order.
What if I ordered a personalized product?
Orders with personalized products take an additional 5-7 business days to process before being dispatched.
How is memorabilia shipped?
Memorabilia is only available for shipping within Australia due to the bulky and fragile nature of the items. We send these via courier and may contact you to discuss delivery options and costs.
