Can I exchange or return my items?
We offer exchanges if the size is incorrect, provided the item is in its original condition and tags are still attached. We do not provide refunds unless the item is deemed faulty by our staff. Please note that customized jerseys cannot be exchanged once the customization has been printed, so choose your size carefully.
How long is the exchange period?
We offer exchanges within 28 days from the date of purchase (both online and in-store). Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.
Can I return personalized products?
Unfortunately, personalized products cannot be exchanged or returned once the customization has been applied. Please ensure you choose the correct size and details before placing your order.
What if my item is faulty?
If your item is faulty, please contact us at merchandise@wswanderersfc.com.au with your order number and a description of the fault. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
