How do I redeem my 10% Member’s discount?
To use your membership discount, first create a Wanderers Shop account and link it to your membership details:

1. Click Register in the top right corner of wanderersshop.com.au.
2. Tick Yes for "Are you a Club Member?"
3. Enter the email address linked to your Wanderers membership.
4. Provide your membership password.
5. Create your Wanderers Shop password and confirm it.
6. Fill in your personal details, agree to the Privacy Policy, and click Create Account.

What if I forgot my Membership password?
Visit the Wanderers Membership site and follow the Forgot Password option under Sign In. If you don’t receive a reset email, reach out to the membership team at (02) 8602 6424 or memberships@wswanderersfc.com.au.

My Wanderers Shop account isn’t recognizing my membership—what should I do?
If you see error messages like "Fail email" or "Fail password," follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Wanderers Shop account and go to Account Settings.
2. Select Yes for "Want to access Club member discount?/Update Club member password."
3. Re-enter your membership email and password.
4. Click Update Details and log out of your account.
5. Log back in to see the discount applied on eligible products.
