How can I contact Western Sydney Wanderers Membership Team?

If you need assistance joining or renewing, or have any questions in relation to your Membership with us, please send us email to memberships@wswanderersfc.com.au and we will respond as early as possible.

From 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), you can call the Membership Team on (02) 8602 6424.

On game days at CommBank Stadium, the Membership window next to Gate B will open about 1 hour prior to gates opening.

How will the Wanderers communicate with me during the season?

Our primary method of communication to members is via email, including a fortnightly newsletter. This includes up-to-date news, event, ticketing, match day and Finals Series information.

At times we will also attempt to contact you via phone or post. Please ensure your contact details are always kept up to date by logging in to your MyWanderers Account with your email address and password.

Member Card & Shop Credit

How will I receive my Membership card and shop credit?

Eligible Members will receive a digital Membership card via email, while eligible full season Members will receive a physical card in the mail. It is the Member's responsibility to make sure their details, including mailing and email address, is up to date.

Members eligible to receive a credit will be notified via email when their Wanderers Shop credit is ready to redeem.

Full season RBB (Standing) Members will receive a $25 voucher for the Red & Black Bloc Store, which will come with their physical Membership card. RBB (Standing) 5 Match Members will receive a $25 credit for the Wanderers Shop.

How do I access a match if I have misplaced or not received my Membership card?

Members who have misplaced their digital Membership card are encouraged to contact the Western Sydney Wanderers Membership Team during business hours, or visit the Membership window next to Gate B at CommBank Stadium on game days.

The Membership Services Window is open 1 hour prior to gates opening.

Loyalty Program

Our Loyalty Program recognises and rewards Wanderers Members for their ongoing commitment to the club.

Every Member will be allocated a ‘Member Since’ year according to the number of seasons they have held consecutive membership with the Wanderers. Inclusion into the Loyalty Program is automatic upon renewal or purchase of your season Membership.

Our Loyalty Program includes a loyalty lapel pin for 3 year (consecutive since 2023/24), 5 year (consecutive since 2021/22) and 10 year (consecutive since 2026/17).

Eligible Members who have access to all A-League Men matches will have their loyalty pin sent with their physical Membership card in the mail.

Members who receive a digital card only can collect their loyalty pin from the Membership window outside Gate B at CommBank Stadium on A-League Men match days or from Wanderers Football Park during the 2025/26 A-Leagues season.

Our Foundation members who have held consecutive years of Membership since 2012/13 will have the opportunity to select Foundation Member items when redeeming Wanderers Shop credit, along with exclusive Member events and offers only available to them.

Shipping & Delivery

What happens after I purchase a Membership through the Wanderers Shop?

After you have purchased your 2025/26 Membership, the Western Sydney Wanderers Membership Team will register your Memberships into our database (Ticketmaster).

The Wanderers Membership Team will then register Memberships as quickly as possible and call reserved seat Members to allocate seats.

Once set up you will be able to log into your MyWanderers Account Manager to see your 2025/26 Memberships, update details, and renew for 2026/27 when renewals become available. Once registered, you should receive a Welcome Email from the Club.

The Club does bulk Member card orders and credit uploads. Digital cards will be sent via email, while Members eligible for physical cards will have their card sent in the mail.

If you are eligible for a credit for the Wanderers Shop, you will be notified via email when your credit is ready to be used.

What are the delivery costs and times on my Membership items?

When using Member credit, 2025/26 Members will have the choice of paying a $10 delivery fee or click and collect. Delivery can take up to 7-10 business days.

Members who choose click and collect will be able to collect their items at Wanderers Football Park or from several pop-up activations the Club will host across Western Sydney leading into the 2025/26 season! More information on the pop-up activations will become available shortly.

A-Leagues Match Access

How do I access games through my Membership?

Members who have access to all A-League Men home matches can scan their 2025/26 Membership card at the turnstile to get into all 13 A-League Men home matches at CommBank Stadium.

Members who have access to all A-League Women home matches will be able to scan their 2025/26 Membership card to access A-League Women matches at Wanderers Football Park and CommBank Stadium.

Members with 3 or 5 match packages will be able to scan their card at the turnstile to get into A-League Men home matches.

Interstate Members will be able to scan their card at the turnstile to get into 1 A-League Men home match. Interstate Members will be emailed details in relation to redeeming a ticket to an away match in their home state.

Supporter Members will be provided with instructions on how to redeem their complimentary reserved seat ticket to 1 A-League home match (excluding Sydney Derby matches). Supporter Member cards will not scan at A-League Men matches.

Where can I purchase A-League Men and Women home match tickets?

Tickets for A-League Men and Women matches will go on sale soon.

Members will be provided with a Member discount code when tickets go on sale.

When A-League Men and Women double-headers are held at CommBank Stadium, the Women match is included with the A-League Men ticket for this event.

How can I purchase tickets for Wanderers away matches?

Tickets for away matches will be available for purchase either on Ticketek or Ticketmaster.

When offered an away Member ticket discount code, this offer will be communicated to Members via email.

As a Member, do I get access to A-League Final tickets?

All Western Sydney Wanderers Memberships do not include access to A-League Finals matches, however Members do get benefits in relation to A-League Finals pre-sale access and ticket discounts.

As an Interstate Member, how can I claim a ticket to a Wanderers away match in my home state?

Interstate Members will be provided instructions via email in relation to how they can claim their complimentary ticket to an A-League Men away match in their home state.

As a Supporter Member, how can I claim my reserved seat ticket?

Supporter Members will be provided instructions via email in relation to how they can claim a reserved seat ticket in the Black sections at CommBank Stadium for their one home match entitlement. If you think you have missed an email, please contact the Western Sydney Wanderers Membership team.

Membership concession, junior and family/group of 4 eligibility

Please note, not all packages offer the below pricing categories.

Concession: Pensioners, full-time secondary school and university students, and veterans are eligible for concession pricing. Members seeking concession pricing will be required to provide proof of a valid concession card.

Junior: Child aged 15 and under as of 1st July 2025

Family/Group of 4: Available for groups of 4 purchased together.

As a Foundation Member, how can I renew at the Foundation Member price?

Foundation Members have had the same package they had last season reserved in their account at the renewing Member price to renew for the 2025/26 season.

What is WanderPay?

WanderPay is easiest way to renew your Membership.

2024/25 Members automatically renewed for 2025/26 via WanderPay on July 3.

Please note, Members who join via the 2025/26 Membership website will not automatically be set up to automatically renew on WanderPay for 2026/27, but can contact the Western Sydney Wanderers Membership Team to opt into the WanderPay program.

Returns & Refunds

Can I exchange or return my items purchased through Member credit?

Members who purchase items using Member credit can request an exchange if the size is incorrect, provided the item is in its original condition and tags are still attached.

We do not provide refunds unless the item is deemed faulty by our staff. Please note that customised jerseys cannot be exchanged once the customisation has been printed, so choose your size carefully.

Can I get a refund on my Membership?

As a general policy, Memberships cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

In the event of an exceptional circumstance requests for refund should be made in writing in the form of statutory declaration to Western Sydney Wanderers Membership Team and will be assessed by Wanderers Management. Granting of refunds either in full or partially is wholly at the discretion of the club and in line with the Membership Terms & Conditions. Cancellation fees may apply.

Wanderers Football Park

How do I get to Wanderers Football Park?

Wanderers Football Park is at 81 Eastern Road, Rooty Hill, NSW, 2766.

The field used for A-League Women and NPL matches is Field 6, which has a grandstand and access to Wanderers Cafe.

There is parking available. For public transport, the 728 bus route between Mount Druitt and Blacktown via Rooty Hill stops on Eastern Road.

Member Representative Group

What is the Member Representative Group?

Western Sydney Wanderers works with the Club’s Member Representative Group (MRG) to strengthen the relationship between the Club’s Members and the Club.

Members are selected via an expression of interest process, with the intention to have a diverse range of Members to get different perspectives.

Every A-League Club has adopted a variation the Member Representative Group, to ensure the voices of Members and supporters are heard from both Club and the A-Leagues.

The Western Sydney Wanderers MRG will meet at least four times a season in person.

Members can have their say on matters via Member Surveys, contacting the Membership team, or by contacting the MRG.

Member & Supporter Code of Conduct

We want all our members and supporters to be part of the passion at CommBank Stadium in a safe, secure and enjoyable environment.

We are therefore committed to preventing members and supporters from behaving in a manner likely to jeopardise the safety or enjoyment of others. The Western Sydney Wanderers member and supporter conduct is guided by the FA’s Code of Conduct and the Spectator Code of Behaviour.

Members and supporters are ambassadors for the club and the game of football and as such should conduct themselves in a way that reflects our values. We will not tolerate any harassment or other discriminatory behaviours, whether physical or verbal, towards members, supporters, club employees or anyone else working or attending a match at CommBank Stadium.

We may restrict match attendance at CommBank Stadium on any member or supporter who behaves in a manner which jeopardises the safety or enjoyment of other patrons or themselves.

Any use of our web or social media sites which is abusive, obscene, defamatory, harassing or which contains any nudity, pornography or any other unwelcome content or which is otherwise in breach of the relevant terms and conditions of the site in question may allow the Wanderers (should it deem such action appropriate in the circumstances) to restrict the offending supporter from access to matches and/or other club events held at CommBank Stadium for such period as we see fit.
